The project kick-off meeting was organised in hybrid form on 20-21 March 2023 in Skierniewice (Poland), at which a Steering Committee was elected, comprising, in addition to the coordinator, the WP leaders. The meeting was useful to fine tune the implementation of the different activities planned. The meeting was also an occasion to share information about INHORT activities and facilities, including the newly established Centre for Processing of Horticultural Products and laboratory for microtomography.
